DRAFT 5/2/05 <br />III. Sign Plan Data <br />A. Description: <br />1. Apollo Landing <br />2. 540 Lilac St. - Lino Lakes <br />3. Graphic scale will be per exhibit <br />B. Existing and Proposed Conditions: <br />1. At present, there are no existing freestanding or ground signs. <br />2. Proposed pylon sign, located to the West of main entrance, will total two <br />hundred (200) square feet of sign area and will not exceed forty (40) feet <br />in height and will not be closer than five (5) feet to property line. The <br />Pylon Sign will conform to building design standards relating to <br />composition, color, building materials and overall continuity with the <br />Planned Unit Development. See Exhibit 1 Site identification mav be <br />added on the base or ton of the pylon sign in addition to the 200 sf . <br />3. Proposed individual Business signs will be attached to the building wall <br />up to one hundred (100) square feet or twenty percent (20 %) of the <br />building face area, whichever is greater. Variations on face colors, size <br />and font style of letters is allowed within the guidelines, color of all returns <br />and Trim Caps to be Bronze. SeeExhibit 2: Channel Letter on Race - <br />Way. Signs will be substantially in line horizontally with roofline and/or <br />parapet line to maintain aesthetic continuity. One additional Business sign <br />will be allowed for buildings with a secondary exposure, on the back or <br />side of building, up to fifty (50) square feet or ten percent (10 %) of the <br />building face area, whichever is greater. The additional sign shall be for <br />the tenant behind the wall giving the secondary exposure. For example, a <br />sign on the end of a building shall be only for the business located on the <br />end of the building. Specifications other than size are the same as Primary <br />signage However, no signs shall be allowed on the northern walls of <br />buildings 1, 2, 3, or 4 and no signs shall be allowed on the west side of <br />building 1. Siis shall not be allowed on the east side of building 4 that <br />are less than 100 feet from the north border of Lot 4. <br />4. All building wall signage will use 3M Scotchcal Translucent Film Series <br />230 or similar for color. SeeExhibit.3. <br />C. General Regulations: <br />1. All signs shall be constructed in conformance with the provisions of the <br />Uniform Sign Code published by the International Conference of Building <br />Officials. <br />2. Sits shall not be painted directly to any exterior building surface, but <br />shall be on a separate frame except for temporary display windows. <br />3. No sign shall be installed, which by reason of position, shape of color <br />would conflict with proper function or interpretation of any traffic sign or <br />signal. <br />4.
