Apollo Landing, page 12 <br />•ERJEAS, the conditional use permit for a planned unit development; the development stage plan/preliminary <br />Plat; and allocation of commercial MUSA approval request is based on the following submittals: <br />• Architectural Design Standards revised April 26, 2005. <br />• Lighting Plan and Cut Sheets received February 28, 2005. <br />• Elevation received January 10, 2005. <br />• Apollo Landing Plan Set received January 10, 2005. <br />• Revised Grading, Drainage, & Erosion Control Plan received April 4, 2005. <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting on April 13, 2005, the Planning & Zoning Board conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended approval of the conditional use permit for planned unit development; the development stage <br />Plan/preliminary plat, and the allocation of commercial MUSA subject to the conditions listed in the meeting <br />minutes; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed conditional use permit; development stage plan/preliminary plat; and allocation of <br />commercial MUSA meets the requirements of the City's zoning ordinance and subdivision ordinance subject to <br />certain conditions of approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby approves the conditional <br />•use permit for a planned unit development; the development stage plan/preliminary plat; and the allocation of <br />commercial MUSA for Apollo Landing subject to the following conditions: <br />1. By -laws for the developments association must be submitted for review and approval by city staff <br />prior to the final plat being reviewed by the city council. These by -laws must include a joint <br />access /shared parking agreement for the entire site. <br />2. The architectural design standards approved as a part of this application must be supplied to each <br />incoming tenant upon signature of a lease. <br />3. The architectural design standards required to be approved by the City Council as part of any <br />Planned Unit Development can not be modified imless reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br />4. A development agreement must be executed between the developer and the city prior to the <br />execution of a final plat for the site. <br />5. Appropriate .drainage and utility easements must be shown on the final plat. <br />6. The proposed development is subject to Anoka County Highway Department requirements, review, <br />and approval. <br />7 Prior to the issuance of building permits for each building city staff must review and approve a <br />photometric lighting plan of the entire site including all previous construction on the site. <br />
