Sign Exhibit 3 <br />3M Scotchcal Translucent Film Series 230 <br />Description <br />3M Scotchcal Translucent Films are durable and dimensionally stable. They die de,iyned fur use un <br />internally illuminated signs or lur window graphics applications. !hey have uniform tutor in bath <br />reflected and transmitted light, and have low gloss to eliminate glare. These films are intended tor <br />application to flat acrylic, polycarbonate, fiberglass, and glass substrates. they can he applied to <br />either the interior or exterior surface of any of these substrates, but are not intended for use on <br />flexible sign faces. with the exception al Panatlex 940 and 945 flexible substrate. <br />3M Scotchcal Translucent Films have optimal cutting, weeding. lifting. and transfer properties when <br />used with automated vinyl cutting machines. as well as optimal printing( baractet is! u, fin usr. with <br />the GERBER EDGE digital printing system. <br />40 of the 50 translucent colors simulate popular PANTONE' Colors. The appropriate PANIONC Color <br />number is listed below the applicable translucent color name. <br />Effective Performance Life <br />When processed in accordance with 3M iecummeniled procedures. and exposed vertically five year <br />performance may be expected (230 -131 and 230 -141 three year performance may be <br />expected). Alt performance statements are based upon field experience and exposure tests <br />conducted throughout the United States. Performance will be determined by substrate selection and <br />preparation, exposure conditions and maintenance of the markings. <br />In the case of south facing signs in areas of long, high temperature seasons and maximum sunny <br />days. such as the Southwestern area of the U.S.. exterior performance will be decreased. <br />Shelf Life <br />Uup'inted film may be stored by the fabricator for a period of up to one yea'. Mar kings rndy be stored <br />for an additional period of up to one year.
