• <br />Speiser Acres <br />Page 2 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-90 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF THE PROJECT INITIATION TIME <br />FOR THE RUSSIAN BAPTIST CHURCH PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 02 -82 on September 23, 2002, which <br />approved a site and building plan and CUP for a church; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 2, Subdivision 2 and Subdivision 6 of the zoning ordinance establish times <br />within which a project must be started after approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 03 -148 on September 8, 2003, which <br />extended the project initiation time for the project until June 30, 2004; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has requested a further extension to the project initiation time. <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves an extension of the initiation time for the project.
