CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -95 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br />OF CIRCLE PINES AND CITY OF LINO LAKES FOR THE PINE HOLLOW <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 471.59, authorizes political subdivisions to <br />enter into Joint Power Agreements; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties of this agreement consider it mutually desirable to provide <br />sanitary sewer services to the Pine Hollow Development by Lino Lakes; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Circle Pines has provided documentation of ownership of parcel in Lino <br />Lakes which provides service to Circle Pines; and <br />WHEREAS, Grading and restoration of the previous park including paving of the trail <br />shall be completed by August 5, 2005. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Hereby approves the Joint Powers Agreement between the City of Circle Pines <br />and City of Lino Lakes for the Pine Hollow Development and authorizes Mayor <br />• and City Clerk to sign the agreement. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 11t day of July, 2005. <br />Ann J. �I�ir City Clerk <br />• <br />Jo J.
