• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-102 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SUBMITTAL INFORMATION <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATIONS TO AMEND THE COMPREHENSIVE <br />PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has a Comprehensive Plan prepared and adopted <br />according to MN Statutes 462.355, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City may receive requests from landowners or other private interests to <br />amend the Comprehensive Plan, and; <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City and the public to ensure that requests to <br />amend the Plan are accompanied by sufficient information to facilitate timely and <br />complete review to protect the public health, safety, and welfare; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following submittal requirements <br />shall apply to applications to amend the Comprehensive Plan: <br />A. Completed, Signed Application Form <br />B. Application Fee <br />C. Applications Accompanied by Other Applications <br />If the application is accompanied by a complete development application, such as a <br />rezoning, site and building plan, preliminary plat, or a planned unit development, that <br />information is sufficient except that the City may require additional information to <br />address special features or issues of the application. <br />D. Applications Not Accompanied by Other Applications <br />If no other applications accompany the application for a comprehensive plan amendment, <br />the submittal must include the information listed below. <br />1. General Information. <br />a) Owner. The landowner's name, address and telephone number and his interest <br />in the subject property. <br />
