Area of <br />wetlands and water bodies in square feet. <br />f) Existing drainage patterns. <br />g) Vistas and significant views. <br />h) Soil conditions as they affect development. <br />5. Concept Plan. Schematic drawing of the proposed development concept <br />including, but not limited to: <br />a) major circulation elements such as roads, trails <br />b) public and common open space <br />c) land uses by type <br />d) wetlands and water bodies <br />6. Data. A statement of the estimated total number of dwellings and/or other units <br />proposed for the area and a tabulation of the proposed approximate allocations of <br />land use expressed in acres and as a percent of the total project area, which shall <br />include at least the following for existing conditions and post- development <br />conditions based on the proposed amendment: <br />a) Area devoted to residential uses by use type (single family, multi - family) <br />and residential densities by use type <br />b) Estimated number of housing units by use type (single family, multi- <br />family). <br />c) Area devoted to common open space. <br />d) Area devoted to public open space. <br />e) Approximate area devoted to streets, broken out by classification. <br />f) Approximate area, and potential floor area, devoted to commercial uses. <br />g) Approximate area, and potential floor area, devoted to industrial uses. <br />- 1 0 6 - <br />Resolution 05 -102, page 3 <br />
