City Council <br />July 25, 2005 <br />Federal Funding Application <br />• CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -106 <br />RESOLUTION SUPPORTNG FEDERAL SURFACE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM <br />FUNDING APPLICATION SUBMITTAL <br />A resolution supporting the City of Lino Lakes' application for funds from the Surface <br />Transportation Program (STP) to the Metropolitan Council. <br />WHEREAS, the Twin Cities region has been allocated funds and the CSAH 23 (Lake <br />Drive) Interchange Reconstruction Project is eligible to receive STP funds for federal <br />grant funding, and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Lino Lakes endorses the application <br />for Federal Transportation Funds from the Metropolitan Council and fully supports the <br />construction of said project. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City of Lino Lakes, in cooperation with Anoka <br />County, is committed to procuring local (non - federal funds) match funds of a least 20 <br />percent of the construction costs required as part of the Federal Transportation Grant <br />program, and engineering and right -of -way costs necessary to construct said project. <br />• Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of July, y uly, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, C.
