• <br />• <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -110 <br />APPROVING PARADE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR <br />SECOND ANNUAL "BLUE HERON DAYS" <br />PARADE ON AUGUST 20, 2005 <br />the Lino Lakes City Council met at its regularly scheduled meeting of July <br />25, 2005; and <br />the Lino Lakes City Council discussed the parade permit application for a <br />parade along Lake Drive on August 20, 2005 which has been submitted by <br />the Blue Heron Days Committee; and <br />the Blue Heron Days Committee is in compliance with City Ordinance; <br />and <br />the Blue Heron Days Committee appears to take into consideration the <br />best interest of the City of Lino Lakes, and <br />the application requires approval by the City of Lino Lakes, and <br />the application also requires approval by the County of Anoka, and <br />WHEREAS, the application was given approval by the Anoka County Board on July 12, <br />2005, subject to continuing to work with the County Engineer; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the parade permit application by the Blue Heron Days <br />Committee, subject to ongoing efforts to ensure proper safety, signage, and related issues <br />are addressed to the satisfaction of the City of Lino Lakes and Anoka County; <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes thins Lthth day of July, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />410411.4.-/Mil <br />.T R:�.• ecnn 1Vfavnr <br />
