• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 - 116 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM THE CIRCLE -LEX VFW LADIES <br />AUXILIARY POST #6583 FOR THE SCHOOL PATROL PROGRAM APPRECIATION <br />DAY EVENT <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Lake Elementary School Patrol students attend <br />an appreciation day at the Mall of America, Camp <br />Snoopy, <br />WHEREAS, funding for the Camp Snoopy entrance fee is sponsored <br />by the Suburban Law Enforcement Association, however <br />the transportation cost to the Mall of America is not <br />included, <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post #6583 have <br />made a donation in the amount of $200.00 to the City of <br />Lino Lakes to defray the cost of the transportation; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the monies will be appropriated to the General Fund in <br />the following manner: <br />Increase Revenue - Contributions <br />Increase Expenditures- Police <br />$200.00 <br />$200.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby accepts the donation of $200.00 to defray the cost of <br />transportation to the Mall of America /Camp Snoopy for the School <br />Patrol Appreciation Day and wishes to express its gratitude to <br />the Circle -Lex Ladies Auxiliary Post #6583 for their donations. <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />, Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of August, <br />2005. <br />
