• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 - 120 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 213 allows for unclaimed property to be <br />appropriated to city use upon approval of such <br />appropriation by the council; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 26, 2000 a resident located a 29 inch JVC <br />Master Command television and turned it into the police <br />department; and <br />WHEREAS, serial number had been removed from the television; and <br />WHEREAS, the person finding the property did not make claim to <br />such property; and <br />WHEREAS, the television is in good working order and could be <br />used in the police training room; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approve <br />appropriation of the television to the police training room. <br />-Z2- Zoo s- <br />Ann Bl -fir, City Clerk <br />rgeson, Mayor <br />
