• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -121 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR FOXBOROUGH AND <br />ACCEPTING A CONSERVATION EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Fox Den Acres on <br />January 10, 2005 with Resolution 04 -196, and <br />WHEREAS, the developer has changed the project name to Foxborough, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Foxborough received by the City July 25, 2005 is <br />consistent with the preliminary plat; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Foxborough. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves the Conservation <br />Easement, Covenants and Restrictions, and accepts the conservation easement described <br />in that document. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair,flity Clerk <br />• <br />, 2005. <br />7 <br />
