Bengtson <br />CC MEETING DATE: August 22, 2005 <br />TOPIC: Resolution Number 05 -123 <br />Variance to the Shoreland Ordinance to allow a rear <br />setback of 50.9 feet where 100 feet is required. <br />Benton Erickson <br />6868 West Shadow Lake Drive <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Shoreland Ordinance for the City of Lino Lakes requires a 100 foot setback from the <br />Ordinary High Water Line for any structure that is Unsewered.
