• <br />Speiser Acres <br />Page 2 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-125 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br />FOR RICE LAKE PROFESSIONAL CENTER <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Rice Lake Professional Center was approved with <br />Resolution 05 -124 by the City Council on August 22nd, 2005, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Rice Lake Professional Center complies with City requirements <br />and the conditions of Resolution 05 -124 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the final plat for Rice Lake Professional Center. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of September, 2005. <br />ST: <br />Jean Via- ► eputy City Cle <br />Jo J.
