• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -142 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLER/TRANSIENT MERCHANT LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Tap Enterprises has submitted a peddler /transient merchant application to <br />the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Tap Enterprises has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 612 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a profit business; and <br />• WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check of all <br />sales representatives; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by order of the Lino Lakes City Council, and virtue thereof, said <br />business, Tap Enterprises, is hereby authorized to sell merchandise at St. Joseph Catholic <br />Church on October 11, 2005 subject to all conditions and provisions of the Lino Lakes <br />City Code, Chapter 612. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of September, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />Jean ger Deputy Clerk <br />• <br />-26C- <br />
