• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-156 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES FOR <br />COMMUNITY SURVEY <br />WHEREAS, the City Council identified conducting a community survey within it 2005 <br />goals and annual budget, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council directed staff in July to initiate the Community Survey <br />project by soliciting proposals, and <br />WHEREAS, a proposal to design and conduct a community and present the survey <br />results was received from Decision Resources, Ltd. for a base cost of $10,200.00, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA THAT city staff is authorized to enter into a <br />contract with Decision Resources, Ltd. for services to complete the Community Survey <br />proj ect. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of October, 2005. <br />Jean V' : City Clerk <br />
