Affected <br />property owners received mailed notice of this proceeding and have been allowed ample time to <br />pay the delinquent charges. <br />Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution 05 -157 authorizing the certification of <br />delinquent water and sewer utility charges to be collected with 20054 property taxes payable in <br />2006 at an interest rate of 8% per annum. <br />'TIONS' : : :: <br />1) Adopt Resolution No. 05 -157. <br />2) Return to staff for further review. <br />3) Do not adopt Resolution No. 05 -157. <br />RECt <br />Option 1. <br />0 <br />
