<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT AND ALLOCATION OF M.U.S.A. FOR

<br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for conditional use permit, development stage
<br />plan/preliminary plat, and allocation of commercial MUSA approval for property currently described to -wit:

<br />That part of Lots 5 and 6, Auditor's Subdivision No. 100, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Southerly of
<br />the following described line: Commencing at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 5, thence Southerly
<br />on the East line of said Lot 5, 88.62 feet, to the point of beginning, thence Westerly, at right angles,
