STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION # 05 -186 <br />A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING 'I lit REQUIREMENT OF HOLDING A <br />REFERENDUM. FOR THE FUNDING OF A SPORTS STADIUM <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County and the Minnesota Vikings are proposing to construct a <br />sports stadium in the City of Blaine; and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County is proposing to financially fund a portion of the stadium <br />with a County -wide sales tax and other fees which will be paid by taxpayers, and <br />.
