City Council <br />MOU Anoka County <br />December 12, 2005 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -196 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />WITH COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY 14 RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County is proposing to reconstruct County State Aid Highway No. <br />14 (Main Street) from I -35W to I -35E; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes and the County of Anoka agree that it is in the best <br />interest of the traveling public to reconstruct the roadway in accordance with the <br />preliminary layout dated July 29, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the Memorandum of Understaning is to reach general <br />agreement between the parties regarding the project parameters. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />• 1. that the City Council hereby approves the Memorandum of Understanding with <br />the County of Anoka for the reconstruction of County State Aid Highway No. 14 <br />(Main Street) from I -35W to I -35E and authorizes execution of said agreement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of December, 2005. <br />ATTE_T <br />e Bartell, Ci erk <br />• <br />•hn J : er• eson, Mayor <br />
