City Council <br />Storm Water Utility <br />January 9, 2006 <br />Council Member &baue(I introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -02 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STORM WATER UTILITY FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />WHEREAS, the City has identified the need for a dedicated funding source for storm <br />water related projects and activities including storm water improvements related to <br />street reconstruction; and <br />WHEREAS, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc., has submitted a proposal and contract to <br />provide services to assist the City of Lino Lakes in determining the feasibility of <br />establishing a Storm Water Utility <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />• 1. That the proposal and contract with Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc., to prepare a <br />Storm Water Utility Feasibility Study is hereby approved. <br />• <br />Bartell, Cit Cler <br />John - . Berg son, ' ayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9t" day of January, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Reinter -E and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
