Council Member ‘,.Tk (fiZ introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-13 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CORRECTION TO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10 -05 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 10-05 on October 24, <br />2005, thereby establishing the 2007 salary rate for the Mayor and City Council <br />members; <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the salary rates listed in said <br />Ordinance did not correctly reflect the action of the Council; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />That Ordinance No. 10 -05 be corrected to tead as follows: <br />1. <br />The City Code of the City of Lino Lakes, Section 203.01 Subdivision 1 is <br />amended as follows: <br />Pursuant to the provision and allowance of Minnesota State Statute <br />415.11, the salary of the Mayor of the City of Lino Lakes shall be six thousand <br />two hundred seventy two dollars ($6,272) and the salary of each council member <br />shall be five thousand eighteen dollars ($5,018) for the year beginning January 1, <br />2007. <br />YEAR MAYOR COUNCIL <br />2007 $6,272 $5,018 <br />2007 has been adjusted down by 3% from 2006. <br />11. <br />This ordinance shall be effective January 1, 2007. <br />
