CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-26 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A 3.2 OFF SALE MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR <br />JASON'S BOBBY & STEVE'S AUTO WORLD <br />WHEREAS, the City has received a request for a 3.2 Malt Liquor License for <br />Jason's Bobby & Steve's Auto World at 7090 21' Av S; <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have submitted the necessary applications, insurance <br />and fees for a license; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background <br />investigation of the applicants, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council <br />hereby approves the request of Jason' s Bobby & Steve's Auto World for a 3.2 Off Sale <br />Malt Liquor License <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of February, 2005 <br />ATTEST: <br />u iann Bartell, Ci Clerk <br />
