Council Member 511 1+2- introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-30 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br />FOR MARSHAN MEADOWS AND <br />ACCEPTING A CONSERVATION EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Marshan Meadows with <br />Resolution 05 -61 on May 9, 2005, and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 05 -61 requires a conservation easement over the wetland area <br />along the lake; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Marshan Meadows received by the City January 9, 2006 <br />(Attachment A) is consistent with the preliminary plat; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Marshan Meadows. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City hereby accepts the conservation easement <br />(Attachment B). <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13. day of Ml -c14.. , 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, Cit Cl <br />ell, Acting Mayor <br />
