Cavegn Estates <br />Page 2 <br />Council Member I�ernert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-31 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR CAVEGN ESTATES <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Cavegn Estates was approved with Resolution 05 -108 by <br />the City Council on July 25, 2005 with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Cavegn Estates complies with City requirements and the <br />conditions of Resolution 05 -108 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the final plat for Cavegn Estates. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council th's 2 " da of February 2006. <br />ATTEST: -� <br />Ju ie artell, City CJ6rk <br />Joh / Be eso', Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of February, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member ear (son and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />nett , C �,t Csbvt , 6 `Dv vuAe C (, 13 €rcjesb ✓t <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
