• <br />• <br />• <br />Molin Amendment <br />r Page 3 of 4 <br />Council Member D f7Dnrlcllintroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-32 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT OF AN EXISTING CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO ALLOW A BUILDING ADDITION AT MOLIN CONCRETE, 415 LILAC <br />DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, Molin Concrete has submitted a request to the City to amend an existing <br />conditional use permit to allow for a crane bay addition at 415 Lilac Drive, and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is: <br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka county, Minnesota; <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 31, Range 22, <br />EXCEPT the East 260 feet of the South 832 feet thereof, ALSO EXCEPTING the South <br />412 feet of the Southwest Quarter, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br />The South 412 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, EXCEPT the East 260 feet thereof <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City's review is based on the Molin Plan Set received February 1, 2006; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the application on February 8, <br />2006, and recommended approval with conditions, and <br />WHEAREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes adopted Resolution 01 -182 on <br />November 13, 2001, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes finds that, with the conditions of <br />approval included in this resolution, the following findings of fact apply as required by Section 2 <br />Subd. 2.B.7 and by Section 8 Subd.2.I.4 of the zoning ordinance: <br />a. This application is consistent with the comprehensive plan, including future and present <br />land uses. The building additions do not alter existing uses on the site. <br />b. The application meets all performance standards. <br />c. The project will not increase traffic generation or impacts. <br />d. The project will not increase demands on sanitary sewer and water use. <br />e. The project will not require capital improvements by the City. <br />f. The project will not create detrimental impacts. <br />
