Council MemberOar-lsvn introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-33 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT, CAVEGN <br />ESTATES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a preliminary plat and the 1st Reading of <br />Ordinance 06 -05 — Rezoning to R -1 on July 25, 2005, and <br />WHERAS, the City Council approved the 2nd Reading of Ordinance 06 -05 — Rezoning <br />to R -1 on August 8, 2005, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the 1st Reading of Ordinance 01 -06 — Vacation <br />of a portion of Lois Lane right of way and drainage and utility easements at 7870 <br />• Country Lane on February 13, 2006, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the <br />execution of a development contract, between the. Developer and the City of Lino <br />Lakes, prior to commencement of site construction activities and final plat approval to <br />insure satisfactory completion of `public improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves <br />the Development Contract with Anthony and Kimberly Cavegn for Cavegn Estates and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Joh erge on, ayor <br />Juh -nne Bartell, •ity Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 2 1 day of 4C19. , 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member`Dorwv 11 and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />oct1l ;Gvt,0Ivow , T3.erc1cSoi <br />• The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
