Council Member ll etnert introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -35 <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET DESIGNATION <br />(M.S.A. 210 - 120 -010) <br />WHEREAS, It appears to the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the road <br />hereinafter described as a Municipal State Aid Street under the provision of Minnesota <br />Laws; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that the road described as follows, to -wit: <br />M.S.A. 210 - 120 -010 from CSAH 23 (Lake Drive) to CSAH 23 (Lake Drive). The <br />length of this segment is 0.66 miles. <br />• be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the <br />approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for <br />his /her consideration. <br />John ergeson, Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of March, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />MemberearL5or1 and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />`R ner-t,Caf-ison,C1-oftz, nnaycr 6er9eson <br />410 The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
