Council Member ll etnert introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -35 <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET DESIGNATION <br />(M.S.A. 210 - 120 -010) <br />WHEREAS, It appears to the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the road <br />hereinafter described as a Municipal State Aid Street under the provision of Minnesota <br />Laws; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that the road described as follows, to -wit: <br />M.S.A. 210 - 120 -010 from CSAH 23 (Lake Drive) to CSAH 23 (Lake Drive).
