Council Member S-rol tz. introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -36 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br />WHEREAS, It appears to the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the roads <br />hereinafter described as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provision of Minnesota <br />Laws; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that the roads described as follows, to -wit: <br />• Holly Drive East (1.36 miles) from 12th Avenue to C.S.A.H. 21 <br />• 21st Avenue (0.96 miles) from Rehbein Street Extension to C.R. 140 <br />• 73rd Street Extension (0.26 miles) from C.S.A.H. 21 to 21St Avenue <br />• Robinson Drive (1.01 miles) from C.R. 53 to 4th Avenue <br />be, and hereby are established, located, and designated as Municipal State Aid Streets <br />of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State <br />of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for <br />his /her consideration, and that upon his /her approval of the designations of said roads <br />or portions thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as Municipal <br />State Aid Streets of the City of Lino Lakes to be known as: <br />• Holly Drive East (1.36 miles) from 12th Avenue to C.S.A.H. 21 <br />• 21St Avenue (0.96 miles) from Rehbein Street Extension to C.R. 140 <br />• 73rd Street Extension (0.26 miles) from C.S.A.H. 21 to 21St Avenue <br />• Robinson Drive (1.01 miles) from C.R. 53 to 4th Avenue <br />u i ne Bartell, Ci y C erk <br />John gergeson, Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of March, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: S- F-oltz,Reivierrt, Carton, fV or 13- er9eson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
