• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-41 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CIRCLE -LEX LIONS REQUEST <br />TO CONDUCT OFF -SITE GAMBLING <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statute, Section 349 requires organizations to be <br />licensed by the Charitable Gambling Control Board, and <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex Lions Club has acquired said license, and <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex Lions Club has submitted an application to hold its <br />annual off -site gambling activity at St. Joseph Catholic Church on April 22, 2006, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires the City of Lino <br />Lakes approve or deny this application by resolution, and <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex Lions Club is in compliance with City ordinance, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />approves the off -site gambling activities of the Circle -Lex Lions Club being <br />conducted at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 171 Elm Street. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of March, 2006 <br />ATTEST: <br />Je <br />Juliatr�ie Bartell, Ci <br />Annell, Acting Mayor <br />
