• <br />• <br />Council Member 561 fa introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -43 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 8 (FINAL) AND COMPENSATING <br />CHANGE ORDER NO. 2, BIRCH STREET AND HODGSON ROAD IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolutions of the Council adopted August 9, 2004, awarding the <br />construction contract for the street improvements made to Birch Street and Hodgson Road to <br />Central Landscaping Inc, and; <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Birch Street and Hodgson Road Improvements, including <br />Change Order No. 1 and Compensating Change Order No. 2 have been completed by Central <br />Landscaping Inc and; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in Payment No. 8 (Final); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment No. 8 (Final) in the amount of $19,900.26, which results in a total project cost of <br />$663,342.09 is approved for the Birch Street and Hodgson Road Improvement Project. <br />a ne Bartell, ity " lerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of March, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member l96 n.ei+ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />S'-F -o lfz,'einer -L, A-cfiny .N yot- O`i)ornie (I <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
