• <br />• <br />Council Member sc_ introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-47 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT, MILLER'S <br />CROSSROADS 3RD <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Preliminary Plat for Miller's Crossroads on <br />September 2003 with Resolution 03 -142, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat for Miller's Crossroads 1st Addition <br />on February 23, 2004, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat for Miller's Crossroads 2nd Addition <br />on January 24, 2005, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the <br />execution of a development contract, between the Developer and the City of Lino <br />Lakes, prior to commencement of site construction activities and final plat approval to <br />insure satisfactory completion of public improvements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves <br />the Development Contract with Bruggeman Properties, LLC for Miller's Crossroads 3rd <br />Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf <br />of the City. <br />Bartell, Cit C erk <br />Join Ber son, Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of March, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member 3±o[fz_ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />@arkon , s+o[+z,'Ma or j3er5esoo <br />The following voted against same: <br />136 nett <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
