Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -52 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 1 CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, <br />2006 DITCH AND POND CLEANING PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted January 9, 2006, <br />awarding the contract for 2006 Ditch and Pond Cleaning Projects to Arnt <br />Construction Company; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in Payment No. 1 and Change <br />Order no. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment No. 1 in the amount of $42,634.25 and Change Order No. 1, which <br />results in a total project cost of $46,562.16 is approved for the 2006 Ditch and <br />Pond Cleaning Projects. <br />Bartell, City <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of March, 2006. <br />Jahn Ber. eso Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member ear15on and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />13einerL,Cartsov , Sfo(tz,.Mayor 13er wort <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
