Council Member ear 150A introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />• CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-70 <br />• <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR THE HOTEL AT APOLLO LANDING TO ALLOW FOR <br />BUILDING HEIGHT IN EXCESS OF THE DISTRICT STANDARDS AND REVISIONS <br />TO THE SITE LAYOUT. <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an amendment to the planned unit <br />development conditional use permit approval for property currently described to -wit: <br />Lot 1 Block 1 Apollo Landing <br />WHEREAS, the amendment to the planned unit development conditional use permit approval <br />request is based on the following submittals: <br />1. Hampton Inn (Apollo Landing) Plan Set received March 16, 2006; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting on April 12, 2006, the Planning & Zoning Board conducted a <br />public hearing and recommended approval of the amendment to the planned unit development <br />conditional use permit subject to the conditions listed in the meeting minutes; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed amendment to the planned unit development conditional use permit <br />meets the requirements of the City's zoning ordinance, specifically Section 3. Subdivision 4. <br />Letter C entitled `Height'; and the subdivision ordinance, subject to certain conditions of <br />approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby approves <br />the amendment of the planned unit development conditional use permit for the Hotel at Apollo <br />Landing subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The project is still subject to the requirements of the Conditional Use Permit / <br />Planned Unit Development — Development Stage Plan of Resolution 05 -63 and the <br />Planned Unit Development — Final Plan of Resolution 05 -143. <br />2. All parking shown on the site plan must be provided prior to the issuance of a <br />certificate of occupancy for the building. <br />3. Future applications for the development of the remaining outlot will need to <br />incorporate the changes made to the site plan as part of this approval. <br />4. A shared parking agreement must be recorded on all of Apollo Landing prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />5. All roof mounted mechanical equipment shall be screened from view. <br />
