• <br />• <br />4. A maximum of six dogs over the age of six months shall be kept on the property at any <br />one time. <br />5. All animals kept on the property shall be licensed in accordance with city policies. <br />6. At no time shall the property be used for sale of animals or merchandising directly to <br />customers. <br />7. Failure to comply with any of the conditions of this conditional use permit shall <br />constitute grounds for revocation of the license of such kennel. <br />8. If a license for a kennel is not obtained within one year after the date of the conditional <br />use permit, the permit is void. <br />9.
