• <br />• <br />City Council <br />Storm Water Utility <br />May 8, 2006 <br />Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -75 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STORM WATER UTILITY FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />WHEREAS, the City has identified the need for a dedicated funding source for storm <br />water related projects and activities including storm water improvements related to <br />street reconstruction; and <br />WHEREAS, the City authorized Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc., to provide services to <br />assist the City of Lino Lakes in determining the feasibility of establishing a Storm Water <br />Utility; and <br />WHEREAS, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc., has prepared such feasibility study and <br />presented it to the City <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the Storm Water Utility Feasibility Study, prepared by Short, Elliott, <br />Hendrickson, Inc., is hereby accepted. <br />u is ne Bartell, C y <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of May, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member °'Donnel -and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Reinert, O'Donnell, Mayor Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Carlson <br />• Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
