• <br />• <br />Council Member Carlson <br />Speiser Acres <br />Page 2 <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-80 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR PINE GLEN <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Pine Glen was approved with Resolution 05 -182 by the <br />City Council on November 28, 2005 with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Pine Glen complies with City requirements and the conditions of <br />Resolution 05 -182 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the final plat for Pine Glen <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this i ay •. 4 ay 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />Julie : artell, City t Jerk <br />John J.: erge • n, % ayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of May, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Membelo' Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert, Mayor Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
