Council Member. Carlson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -87 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 AND FINAL PAYMENT - 2005 <br />OVERLAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the 2005 Overlay Project has been completed by Universal <br />Enterprises of Mid - Minnesota, Inc. and <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the Final Payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Compensating Change Order No. 2 and Payment Certificate No. 2 (Final) is approved <br />for a total contract amount of $122,847.32. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of May, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Membero,nnnnpl i and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert, Mayor Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />dn�e Bartell City Jerk <br />
