• Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION 06 -108 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN ANNUAL PERMIT ALLOWING THE SALE <br />OF CONSUMER FIREWORKS <br />AT SUPER TARGET, 749 APOLLO DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly <br />scheduled meeting on June 26, 2006, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a report outlining a request from Target <br />Corporation to sell consumer fireworks at the Super Target store at 749 Apollo <br />Drive in the city of Lino Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, the police department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an <br />•investigation of the applicants, and; <br />WHEREAS, the fire marshal has reviewed the application and premises; <br />WHEREAS, the requested site for sales is zoned for general business purpose; <br />Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes: <br />That the City Council hereby approves an annual Fireworks Permit for <br />Target Corporation, Super Target Store at 749 Apollo Drive. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of June, 20_6. <br />ATTEST: <br />Tu nne Bartell, it erk <br />• <br />Jeff O'Donnell, Acting Mayor <br />
