• its adoption: Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -101 <br />APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT APPLICATION <br />FOR THE LINO LAKES LIONS CLUB <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council met at its regularly scheduled meeting of <br />June 26, 2006; and <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires the Lino Lakes <br />Lions Club to submit a resolution from the City Council approving the premises <br />permit application; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted the required background <br />investigation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Lions Club is in compliance with the City Code; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the City Council hereby approves the renewal of a premises permit for the <br />Lino Lakes Lions Club to conduct lawful gambling at American Legion Post 566, <br />7731 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th •a of June, 2006. <br />Jeff O'Donnell, Acting Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26thday of June , 2006. <br />
