Council Member S-bit z introduced the following resolution and moved its • adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA RESOLUTION NO. 06 -111 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLASSIFICATION OF TAX FORFEIT PROPERTY WITH NOTICE TO OBTAIN THE PROPERTY WHEREAS, the Anoka County Board of Commissioners has prepared a list, designated as Classification List Number 2006 which describes land forfeited to the State of Minnesota pursuant to Chapter 282 of the Minnesota Statutes, and has determined that it is advisable to sell said land; and, WHEREAS, twelve (12) properties within Lino Lakes listed as: Outlot A, Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition (PIN 25- 31 -22 -43 -0045) Part of Outlot B, Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition (PIN 25- 31 -22 -42 -0083) Part of Outlot B, Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition (PIN 25- 31 -22 -42 -0084) Part of Outlot B, Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition (PIN 25- 31 -22 -43 -0046) Part of Outlot C, Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition (PIN 25- 31 -22 -31 -0012) Part of Outlot C, Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition (PIN 25- 31 -22 -42 -0085) Part of Outlot C, Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition (PIN 25- 31 -22 -43 -0047) Part of Outlot D, Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition (PIN 25- 31 -22 -31 -0013) Part of Outlot D, Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition (PIN 25- 31 -22 -42 -0086) Outlot E, Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition (PIN 25- 31 -22 -41 -0030) Outlot A, Clearwater Creek 4th Addition (PIN 25- 31 -22 -41 -0079) Outlot B, Clearwater Creek 4th Addition (PIN 25- 31 -22 -44 -0005) are included in the Classification List; and, WHEREAS, the Anoka County Land Commissioner has requested the Lino Lakes City Council approve classification of the parcel; and WHEREAS, said properties are part of the trail, drainage and open space network, approved as part of the Clearwater Creek development and intended to be deeded to the City of Lino Lakes. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. The classification of the parcels are hereby approved. •
