C. Projected Benefits of the Community Visioning Process 1. It provides another opportunity starting with the Quality of Life Survey, for the citizens of Lino Lakes, and especially that 40% of the population that moved into the community since 1995/96 and who now also has a major stake in the quality of Lino Lakes, to express what they want, value and will work to achieve for the future. 2. It provides an opportunity to reflect objectively on the community's history and generate ideas for the future. 3. It builds a strong citizen -city council partnership. 4. It gives the community and its municipal government, a long -term perspective for decision making and budgeting. 5.
