• <br />Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -116 <br />SALE OF HYDRO - PNEUMATIC TANK TO THE TOWN OF COLUMBUS <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes abandoned a 7,500 gallon hydro - pneumatic tank <br />when the Clearwater Creek booster station was constructed in 2003; and <br />WHEREAS, The tank has since been stored at the Public Works storage area; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff estimates the salvage value of the hydro - pneumatic tank at <br />$7,500; and <br />WHEREAS, The Town of Columbus is interested in purchasing the tank for this amount; <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, The Town of Columbus will be responsible for all transportation <br />• arrangements and is purchasing the tank in "as is" condition. <br />• <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the City Council hereby approves an agreement with the Town of Columbus <br />allowing the Town of Columbus to acquire the 7,500 gallon hydro - pneumatic tank for a <br />cost of $7,500. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of July, 2006. <br />Bartell, 1 ity C erk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Stoltz, Carlson, Reinert, O'Donnell, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />
