• <br />Legacy Townhomes, page 7 <br />6. Homeowner's association documents must be submitted prior to the city releasing the plat for <br />recordation. <br />7. The applicant shall provide a bicycle parking area sufficient in size to accommodate an appropriate <br />number of bicycles. The type of fixture provided and the location of this parking area must be <br />reviewed and approved by staff prior to the issuance of building permits for the site. <br />8. All landscaped and sodded areas must be irrigated. <br />9. All ground and roof mounted equipment shall be completely screened from view with appropriate <br />landscaping materials or materials consistent with those used for construction of the main buildings. <br />10. The mailboxes proposed for the development must be reviewed and approved by staff prior to the <br />issuance of building permits for the site. Such mailboxes shall be screened with complementary <br />materials to those of the main structures. <br />11. The six parking spaces shown on the site plan closest to Town Center Parkway and Village Drive <br />shall be eliminated and replaced with additional landscaping materials. <br />12. The appropriate access easements for the ponds will be granted to the city for maintenance purposes. <br />13. A conservation easement shall be granted to the city over a portion of Outlot B, The Village No. 3; <br />and signs shall be placed to visually delineate the wetland area. <br />• 14.
