• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -125 <br />APPROVING CIRCLE -LEX LIONS CLUB APPLICATIONS <br />FOR SANDBURR DAYS <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex Lions Club sponsors the annual event, "SandBurr <br />Days "; and <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex Lions Club has submitted the necessary <br />applications, insurance and fees to hold the annual event; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background <br />investigation of the Event Chairperson; and <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex Lions Club has complied with all the requirements of <br />city ordinances, <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />approves the request by the Circle -Lex Lions Club to hold the annual event, <br />SandBurr Days at Sunrise Park on September 9 and 10, 2006. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of August, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />(' <br />;'2;i; City lerk <br />• <br />_ /re, <br />john Vrge- ✓• n, Mayor <br />
