• <br />• <br />Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION 06 -137 <br />APPROVING PUD DEVELOPMENT STAGE PLAN/PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />AND ALLOCATION OF MUSA RESERVEFOR THE PRESERVE <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council makes the following findings: <br />Findings <br />1. Integra Homes has submitted an application for a residential planned unit development <br />(PUD) and a development stage plan/preliminary plat for the PUD. <br />2. The site includes approximately 53 acres. <br />3. The comprehensive plan guides the part of the site to be built on for Low Density Sewered <br />Residential land use and it is within the Stage 1 (pre -2010) growth area. <br />4. Ordinance No. 08 -06 rezones the site from R -1, Single Family Residential and Rural to <br />Residential Planned Unit Development. <br />5. The Preserve project is a conservation development. <br />6. The Planning & Zoning Board opened a public hearing on the application on May 10 and <br />closed the hearing on June 14, 2006. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves the <br />application for a planned unit development development stage plan/preliminary plat for The <br />Preserve. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council allocates 3 (three) acres of MUSA reserve <br />for the project. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following conditions of approval shall apply: <br />1. Some lots will have restricted back yards due to easements or other features of the <br />development plat. The developer, builders, and future property owners should be aware of <br />this. House structures shall only be built within the building pads on the approved plans. <br />
