The project must obtain applicable approvals and permits from the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District prior to site work beginning and must comply with all conditions thereof. <br />14. The City Engineer's review comments in the memos of July 25 and 27, and August 22, 2006 <br />and previous review memos must be addressed to his satisfaction. <br />15. The preliminary plat is the primary plan sheet for lot configuration. Grading and other plans <br />shall be brought into conformance with the lot dimensions on the preliminary plat and <br />resubmitted for City review prior to site work beginning <br />16. Approval of this resolution is contingent upon the rezoning Ordinance 08 -06 being in effect. <br />18.
