• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member o'Donneliitroduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -140 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACQUISTION OF TAX FORFEIT <br />PROPERTIES FOR PUBLIC USE <br />WHEREAS, the County of Anoka has informed the City of Lino Lakes that two <br />parcels of property within the City forfeited to the State of Minnesota on August <br />29, 1990. Said parcels are legally described as follows: <br />That part of Lot 6, Block 10, Sunset Oaks Tying North of the South 220.26 <br />feet thereof (Pin No. 18- 31- 22 -31- 0018); and <br />Lot 5, Block 2, Twilight Acres 2nd Addition <br />And <br />WHEREAS, said parcels are part of the City's Surface Water Management <br />System and used for drainage and utility purposes <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Hereby approves the acquisition of said parcels for public use and <br />authorizes staff to complete the applications for the making of such <br />conveyances. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of August, 2006. <br />Julianne Bartell, <br />ity erk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Reinert, Carlson, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />
