• <br />• <br />Council Membercarison introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-151 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 5 (FINAL) AND <br />COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 — 2005 BIRCH STREET TRAIL <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the construction of 2005 Birch Street Trail Improvements has been <br />completed by Central Landscaping, Inc. and <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the Final <br />Payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Compensating Change Order No. 1 and Payment Request No. 5 (Final) is <br />approved for a final contract amount of $188,135.40. <br />lia ne Bartell, C ty <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of September, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Carlson, Stoltz, O'Donnell, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
