• <br />Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -158 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DISTRIBUTION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL <br />ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET FOR NATURE'S REFUGE <br />WHEREAS, MN Rules 4410 establishes the requirements for the preparation of an <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheets (EAW); and <br />WHEREAS, Oakwood Land Development is proposing a development called Nature's <br />Refuge that would require an EAW based its proposed number of dwelling units; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has initiated an environmental review to determine if a project has <br />the potential for significant environmental effects, as required by 4410.1000, Subpart 2; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the project proposer has submitted data for an EAW and the City has <br />• reviewed the submitted data and determined to the best of the City's knowledge that the <br />EAW is complete and accurate; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />distribution of the Nature's Refuge EAW for public comment as required by MN Rules <br />4410.1500. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of U c -a hc� r , 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, Cit j Clerr <br />Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9thday of opt , 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member O'Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Reinert, O'Donnell, Stoltz, Carlson, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
